Alpha offers a web-based digital reporting system that can be integrated into our client’s systems. 

The centralisation and storage of all client data, such as quality performance, service requests, complaints and waste data, allows the Alpha reporting system to be comprehensive and informative and for our operating systems to be fully transparent.

Real Time Portal

We have internally developed a real time portal giving our management and clients access to all sites and key jobs. 

Our portal ensures capability of services and all tasks which are logged, sending live notifications to our clients.

Staff attendance is uploaded automatically 

All reporting is housed in the portal

All tasks are uploaded allowing clients to track job status and performance 

All tasks including possible incidents are logged and live notifications are reported to the client
