We have a firm set of guidelines and screening processes to ensure the most suitable candidate is selected. We ensure all legal checks are current and that certain policies and procedures are adhered to before hiring a potential candidate. Once an employee has completed the induction process, further training or competency testing may be required, depending on the position applied for within in the organisation
The staff in the cleaning division are given the opportunity to complete training accreditations in Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Operations) & Management Certificate II, III and Supervisor Certificate IV.
